⇒ 10 = side/2

⇒ Side = 20 cm

Using Pythagoras theorem,

⇒ (Height)^{2} = (slant height)^{2} – (side/2)^{2}

⇒ (Height)^{2} = (26)^{2} – (20/2)^{2}

⇒ Height = √(676 – 100) = √576 = 24 cm

Volume of the pyramid = (1/3) × Base area × height

⇒ Volume = (1/3) × (side)^{2} × height
